With the APACE Congress Application on the pulse of time
The Audience Response System (ARS) allows users to participate in interactive voting processes, rate presentations and ask lecturers questions directly through their smartphone app. Results are calculated in real-time and can be presented live during the voting process. The ARS can be fully customized to fit your conference’s needs for interactive presentations and audience feedback. Moreover, with ARS live questions it is now possible to ask live questions by sending them to the Session Chairs through the app.
Specialized versions are available for iPhone and Android devices. The web-app is suitable for all other platforms which include an HTML-browser.
Session check-in can be activated if necessary. Therefore, all participants have to check into each session to receive automatically an e-mail with further information e.g. a link to a survey or confirmation of participation.
We developed an easy to use CMS especially for the app. Clients will be able to send out and schedule push notifications as well as to update the app content within individual roles.

Detailed information on all sessions, speakers and lecture halls are available in the app. Furthermore, useful information about the host city, the conference venue and the host organization itself are provided interactively.
Interactive floor plans and maps show the exact location of each lecture room, all exhibition booths or special events sites and facilities. Our digital maps assist your guests in finding event destinations conveniently and quickly. There is a special map for exhibitors, including all booths, which are linked to a detailed info page for each company.
All exhibitors can be listed alphabetically, including booth number, company information, pictures and contact details.
E-Paper editions of conference newspapers as well as videos can be implemented into the news section of the app.
