Audience Response System
The Audience Response System (ARS) allows users to participate in interactive voting processes, rate presentations and ask lecturers questions directly through their smartphone app. Results are calculated in real-time and can be presented live during the voting process. The ARS can be fully customized to fit your conference’s needs for interactive presentations and audience feedback. Moreover, with ARS live questions it is now possible to ask live questions by sending them to the Session Chairs through the app.
Cross-Platform Availability
Specialized versions are available for iPhone and Android devices. The web-app is suitable for all other platforms which include an HTML-browser.
Session Check-In
Session check-in can be activated if necessary. Therefore, all participants have to check into each session to receive automatically an e-mail with further information e.g. a link to a survey or confirmation of participation.
CMS – Content Management System
We developed an easy to use CMS especially for the app. Clients will be able to send out and schedule push notifications as well as to update the app content within individual roles.
Push-Notifications
Clients will be able to schedule and send out push notifications. Those messages can be linked to the home screen, latest news articles or a specific section within the app such as an exhibitor.
Extended Bookmark System
A personalized conference program can be created easily by bookmarking individual sessions, speakers and news articles. Attendees will be able to select sessions and/or single presentations within the program.
Login
A member or conference participant login can be connected to the current databases of your society or registration tool.
Latest news
The latest news about the conference is automatically synchronized with the app. General information or changes to the conference program can be pushed to the attendees through this information system.
Full Conference Program
Detailed information on all sessions, speakers and lecture halls are available in the app. Furthermore, useful information about the host city, the conference venue and the host organization itself are provided interactively.
Interactive Venue Maps
Interactive floor plans and maps show the exact location of each lecture room, all exhibition booths or special events sites and facilities. Our digital maps assist your guests in finding event destinations conveniently and quickly. There is a special map for exhibitors, including all booths, which are linked to a detailed info page for each company.
Exhibitor Overview
All exhibitors can be listed alphabetically, including booth number, company information, pictures and contact details.
Multimedia Content
E-Paper editions of conference newspapers as well as videos can be implemented into the news section of the app.
